Mindbody is the gold standard for fitness studio management — class scheduling, membership management, retail POS, automated marketing, and a massive consumer marketplace. We get 15-20% of our new members from the Mindbody app. The problem is cost. At $139/month for the Starter plan plus per-transaction fees and add-on costs, it takes a chunk out of a small studio's margins. The features are worth it but budget for more than the sticker price.
