Podium generates reviews well and the texting platform is convenient. Pet owners appreciate getting text reminders and being able to text us quick questions about their pets. But at $399/month for a small vet clinic, I question whether the value justifies the cost. Simpler review tools exist for a fraction of the price. The texting is the real differentiator but you pay a premium for it.
